Lulu Lilly Stories ("we," "us," or "our") is a small, independent author brand based in the United States. We publish children's chapter books for ages 6–9 and operate the website at lululillystories.com (the "Site"). For any questions about this policy, please reach us at hello@lululillystories.com.
Our books and stories are written for children, but our website and email list are intended to be used by parents, guardians, teachers, and other adults, not by children directly.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). In line with this law:

We use a service called Kit (formerly ConvertKit), an email marketing platform, to manage our email list. When you sign up, your email is stored securely on Kit's servers. Kit has its own privacy policy, which you can read at kit.com/privacy.
We do not share your email with any other third party for marketing purposes.
Our website does not currently use any tracking cookies, Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels. Kit's signup form may use a small functional cookie to remember whether you've already signed up. That's it.
If we add any tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy and notify visitors clearly.
Our website includes links to Amazon, where our books are sold. When you click those links, you leave our site and are subject to Amazon's privacy policy. We do not control or take responsibility for the privacy practices of Amazon or any other third-party site.
We are not currently part of the Amazon Affiliates program and do not earn a commission when you purchase our books. Amazon handles all book sales directly.
We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we collect. Our email list is stored with Kit, which uses industry-standard security. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted online.
